Kristin Raabe serves a wide client base in the Nordics and internationally with leadership of the global energy transition and the financial services sector at the heart of what she does. She is a core member of Egon Zehnder’s industrial and Energy Practices. However, Kristin thrives in working across sectors and organizations, and brings deep expertise in board search and reviews, executive search and leadership development and advisory.
I have always had a passion for people. I love connecting with the real person behind the executive. Seeing the impact we can have on the hearts and minds of people and organizations is what gets me up in the morning.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Kristin was a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group in Oslo for 11 years, supporting clients on strategy, organizational development, as well as transformation and improvement projects. Following her career in BCG, Kristin spent seven years in DNV, an independent expert and advisory firm in assurance and risk management, in a variety of roles, lastly as Section Head in the Renewable Energy Division.
Kristin has a BA in business administration with a major in Finance and a minor in French from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and Université Lumière Lyon II and Ecole de Management de Lyon. Outside of work, she is a passionate windsurfer, yogi and proud mother of two.
