Maëlle Charreau, based in Paris, is active in Egon Zehnder’s Industrial and Services practices. She is passionate about helping companies achieve greater success by transforming themselves and adapting to new technologies, while mastering the challenges of decarbonizing and reducing their environmental impacts.

I’m convinced that in order to maximize their success, what companies need most is responsible leaders who put their skills at the service of business and common good.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Maëlle was in charge of strategy and new business transitions at the La Poste Group in Paris. That was preceded by the role of Chief of Staff, first at the French Ministry of Digital and then at the Ministry of Ecological Transition. Earlier, Maëlle was an Associate at the Boston Consulting Group.

Maëlle earned a BA (cum laude) and an MA (summa cum laude) in finance and strategy from Sciences Po Paris, separated by a year studying abroad at Keio University in Japan. Outside work she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new places and cultures in France and worldwide, and listening to and playing classical music.
