Cristina leads Egon Zehnder’s Latam South Region, where she and her colleagues advise multinational clients, family-owned companies, international investors, and private equity funds on critical leadership issues. She specializes in large-scale team effectiveness and organizational transformation programs, provides assessment and advisory services on corporate governance to boards, and leads CEO and senior executive succession projects across the region. Cristina is also active in Egon Zehnder’s Leadership Advisory practice and participates in the firm’s global leadership transformation programs.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Cristina was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, focusing on strategy and operations for clients across multiple industries. She also served as CEO of AptusChile, a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing and disseminating innovative teaching methods that have significantly impacted education in Chile.
Cristina holds a BS in Astronomy and an MS in Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, as well as an MBA from IESE Business School at the University of Navarra in Spain. Outside of work, Cristina is a mother of three and enjoys music, tennis, and skiing.
