Sebastián Domínguez, based in Santiago, Chile, leverages his solid expertise and insightful approach to help clients attract, develop and support key talent through leadership advisory. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Sebastián was a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group in the U.S. Before that he advised the undersecretary of the Chilean Ministry of Women and Gender Equality and led multiple public sector projects devoted to improving women’s economic independence. That was preceded by a stint at Matrix Consulting in Chile, where Sebastián attained the rank of Senior Consultant.
Sebastián earned an industrial engineering degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he was awarded the Dean’s Service Award and was selected as a Youn Impact Scholar. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and keeps in shape by playing tennis, soccer, and running.
