Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Carl was Sweden’s Trade Commissioner in Russia. Previously, he was a Management Consultant with Gemini Strategy Consulting, where he worked in private equity, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions for industrial clients in Europe.
Carl has a BSc in Business Administration from the Gothenburg School of Economics and an MBA from the University of Ottawa in Canada. He has a daughter and a son and enjoys golf and skiing.
