Mikaela Sundberg

Mikaela Sundberg, based in Stockholm, advises clients across multiple industries and is particularly active within Egon Zehnder’s Transportation & Logistics and Professional Services Practices. With an international background and deep experience from Industry, Logistics and Supply Chain, Professional Services as well as Owner-led companies, she is passionate about sustainability in global trade and guiding business leaders through challenging transformations.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Mikaela held a number of both commercial and operational leadership positions (COO, MD, CEO) with companies such as A.P Moller Maersk, PwC and in the Renewable Energy sector. She has also served as Managing Director / Trade Commissioner in Denmark, leading the Swedish Trade Office in Copenhagen and supporting companies to incorporate and commercialize the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Mikaela earned an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics and a CEMS Masters in International Management from the University of St Gallen.
