Anna du Plooy is a Consultant at Egon Zehnder, where she spends her time working with Industrials clients across search and leadership advisory. Based in Toronto, Anna focuses on enhancing leadership team effectiveness by helping organizations set clear visions and align their capabilities to achieve their strategic goals. Her strong technical foundation and extensive consulting experience enable her to deliver insightful and impactful solutions to her clients.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Anna was an Associate Partner at Bain & Company, where she led transformative projects for industrial and telecommunications clients across Africa, Australia, and North America. Her work at Bain centered on driving operational excellence, executing large-scale change programs (integrations, digital transformations), and designing effective operating models and teams to support business objectives.
Anna earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Cape Town. Outside of work, Anna is passionate about traveling, trying out new restaurants, cooking, and spending time outdoors.
