Anne-Laure has a proven track record of building strategic partnerships and driving required transformations. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, she managed a global business unit in Vancouver as a Senior VP at the GEA Group. Her forward-thinking, results-oriented approach enabled her to successfully streamline operations, increase profits, and maximize market penetration. Earlier, Anne-Laure was a Senior Associate at McKinsey focusing on industrial practices and lean optimization, and held leadership roles at Saint-Gobain, a plastics company, in Sweden and Germany. She launched her career as a senior auditor at Deloitte.
Anne-Laure earned a diploma in enterprise from Strasbourg University’s IEP, a specialized graduate diploma (DESS) in auditing and processes from Paris-Dauphine University, and a master’s degree in logistics from INEAD. After growing up in France she lived in Germany and Sweden, settling more recently in Vancouver, Canada. Outside work, Anne-Laure is a devoted mother to her young son and loves spending quality time with family. She enjoys adventuring outdoors and pairing culinary delights with fine wines and engaging conversations.
