I love creating reflective spaces where ‘a-ha’ moments can arise—nudging leaders to see things from a new angle and learning and growing as a result of a new perspective.
Most recently, Rafael was the head of Talent Management and Organizational Development at Schindler Group, where he held a variety of management roles over his 12 years with the company. Prior to that, he worked for MANN+HUMMEL Group and Editora Abril. Rafael is Brazilian and has had an international career, having lived and worked in six different countries over the course of the last 20+ years.
Rafael holds an Executive Master’s degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD, an MBA from IMD Business School, and a BS in mechanical engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas. He is a guest lecturer for the MBA programs at the University of St. Gallen. Outside of work, Rafael enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and he is an avid cyclist and hiker.
