April 28, 2021 – Egon Zehnder, the world’s preeminent leadership advisory firm, today announced renowned leadership coach and faculty member at Harvard Medical School and Henley Business School, Dr. Carol Kauffman, is joining the firm. Professor Kauffman also founded the Institute of Coaching based at Harvard.
Kauffman will be involved with CEO Succession and CEO Coaching. She will also help accelerate the firm’s Leadership Advisory capabilities based on client and geographic market needs.
