Personalized interventions for each participant create a bespoke and profoundly impactful process for each participant, and participating in one another’s process creates strong trust and long-time connection among the group.
The Executive Breakthrough Program is for CEOs and equivalent level executives, CEO succession pipeline candidates and CEOs between roles.
For current CEOs of smaller companies, those aspiring to (major) CEO roles in three to five years, and high potential senior executives, the Executive Discovery Program may be more suitable.
