Both Executive Breakthrough and Executive Discovery provide continual support from an Egon Zehnder Leadership Advisory Consultant who serves as mentor, coach and sounding board, working with the leader to ensure what they learn is built into day-to-day behavior. With Voyager, post-program coaching and support may be considered, depending on the client’s needs.
