finanzen.ch – Egon Zehnder's Turnover Stays Stable in 2015
Egon Zehnder’s turnover remained stable at 622.3 million Swiss francs in FY 2015 (-0.3% versus 2014), despite challenging framework conditions and negative currency effects. Calculated in euros, the firm’s turnover increased by almost 11% versus 2014. Egon Zehnder’s market share grew in Europe, Asia and Africa, while continuing to rise steadily in the USA. A prevailing sense of uneasiness in many areas of the economy and society is nevertheless directly impacting the company’s consultancy activities. “We are seeing an environment of growing vulnerability, uncertainty, complexity and ambivalence, which is making our mandate at the highest levels of leadership more complex,” notes Frank Nikolaus Heckner, Managing Partner of Egon Zehnder Zurich. Many boards are overwhelmed by the far harsher climate for Swiss companies. The uncertain business outlook is demanding new qualities from leaders, who need to take strategic decisions with far-reaching implications for companies and their employees.
