Siva Chen is active in Egon Zehnder’s Industrial Practice and has deep expertise in supply chain, operations, and the industrial sector. Based in Shanghai, she guides clients in leadership assessment and development and helps them build leadership capabilities.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Siva was an Associate Principal with the Global Energy and Material Practice at McKinsey & Company. She was an active faculty and contributor to the McKinsey China Leadership Institute and led the China Centre for Operations Excellence. Previously, she was a Sales Manager at Baosteel.
Siva has an MBA from China Europe International Business School and a BS in economics from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. She enjoys traveling and hiking with her children and friends and reading books on Zen spirituality.

陈岚是中欧国际工商学院MBA、中南财经政法大学经济学学士。闲暇时，她喜欢陪孩子和友人一起旅游远足，以及阅读禅学书籍。
