Hayley Angus co-leads Egon Zehnder’s global Insurance practice, placing at the executive and Board level. She specializes in Executive Search and Leadership Advisory within Financial Services working across Insurance, Real Estate, Retail Banking, Wealth and Asset Management, and FinTech. She is passionate about partnering with clients to drive change and innovation in their businesses and within their talent profile - whether that be with large, global institutions or privately held organizations looking to scale. Hayley has advised on C-suite succession, Board recruitment and dynamics, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Hayley worked as a management consultant with Monitor Deloitte, leading teams to design corporate strategies for financial services clients across North and South America. She began her career in international wealth management at Scotiabank.
Hayley earned a Bachelor in Management and Organizational Studies from Western University and an MBA (honours) from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. Outside of work, Hayley serves on the Board of Career Edge, a not-for-profit helping individuals launch their careers, and she enjoys traveling with her husband and young sons.
