Quartz – Rajeev Vasudeva on the Next Generation of Female Leaders

In an interview with Quartz, Egon Zehnder CEO Rajeev Vasudeva provided a perspective on progress made to date on adding more women to corporate boards. “I’m not a great supporter of quotas but in this case it has changed the conversation—it clearly has been put on the agenda of companies. If you want to fill the pipeline of board members, you need to find the next generation of female leaders,” Vasudeva said.
