Based in Houston, Scott McCord actively supports clients in the energy, industrial, and aerospace sectors as a member of Egon Zehnder’s Energy & CleanTech, Industrial, and Infrastructure practices. He is committed to fostering the growth of talented individuals, strengthening leadership teams, and helping organizations to master the challenges of the evolving business landscape and achieve their strategic goals.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Scott McCord served as an Associate and Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, leading numerous projects in the energy and industrial sectors with a special focus on supply chain and utilities. That was preceded by several years with Halliburton, where he gained valuable experience in oil & gas drilling and exploration operations. Earlier, Scott served as a naval flight officer.
Scott earned a BS in aerospace engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the Yale School of Management. Outside work, he is actively involved in the USNA Alumni Association for the Gulf Coast region and enjoys traveling with his family, piloting light aircraft, and exploring new cuisines.
