Handelszeitung – Choosing the Right Time to Step Down

“The right timing” was the focus of the 54th forum organised by the Schweizerische Management Gesellschaft SMG, reports the Handelszeitung. Topics discussed by the 300 forum participants ranged from technological progress, as well as self-driving cars and smart watches. In a panel discussion with former top CEOs Egon Zehnder’s Philippe Hertig looked at the issue of the right timing for leaders to step down.
