Based in Bangalore, Niveditha Viswanathan leads the Healthcare/Life Sciences practice for Egon Zehnder’s and is active in the Digital, Board and Diversity & Inclusion practices. She draws on her strong management and consulting background to help companies identify and foster high-quality individuals who will have the greatest impact and lead them to greater success.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Niveditha was the Vice President for Business Development and Strategic Alliances with HealthifyMe Pvt. Ltd in Bangalore, which is India’s most popular health and fitness app. That was preceded by the roles of Head of Product Marketing & Sales at InMobi, a global provider of omni-channel digital solutions for global brands and organizations. She launched her career as a business analyst at McKinsey & Co. in New Delhi. Her work has taken her across Asia, Europe and the US.
Niveditha earned B.Sc. (Honours) in Physics from St. Stephen’s College of Delhi University and an MBA from Stanford University. She has led expert panels and published articles on start-up ecosystems and mentors women, especially entrepreneurs. Niveditha is also an active volunteer in projects to empower rural communities and enable sustainable travel. Outside work she is passionate about travelling, spending time in nature, listening to music and is an avid yoga practitioner. Niveditha is fluent in English, Hindi and Tamil.
