Anke began her career at INFORA, a consulting firm specializing in process optimization and digitalization in the public sector. She then worked at Deutsche Kreditbank as a specialist in organizational and talent development. Before joining Egon Zehnder, she worked as an independent management consultant focusing on human resources and organizational development.
Anke studied psychology at the Free University of Berlin and earned a master’s in business administration from ESCP Business School. She is a certified organizational development consultant, trained coach, accredited intercultural trainer and certified consultant in positive psychology. Anke is accredited in the use of various diagnostic tools such as the Leadership Circle Profile and is a trained Climate Fresk facilitator.
