Isabelle Langlois-Loris offers deep expertise in all talent matters, including executive and board searches, management appraisals, and leadership consulting. Based in Brussels, she advises clients in the insurance, financial services, and consumer goods sectors. She also guides human resources searches across sectors and geographies. She formerly led Egon Zehnder’s global Human Resources Practice.

My sense of purpose is about helping others as best I can. I am passionate about finding the best possible person for the role, and I feel particularly energized when I can really make a difference in helping individuals develop themselves.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Isabelle was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company, based in Brussels. Her projects included strategic consulting, business process reengineering, and integration work. Earlier, Isabelle was a Consultant with Mercer Management Consulting in Paris, where she worked primarily with banking and energy clients.

Isabelle has a master’s in commercial engineering from the Solvay School of Economics and Management at the Université libre de Bruxelles, in Belgium, and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau. She is chairing the Solvay Schools Alumni association, is active in the association’s career-services program, and created the women’s network there. Outside of work, Isabelle enjoys spending time with her four children.
