Marc Johns is a core member of Egon Zehnder’s Industrial and Supply Chain practices, conducting strategy, general management and supply chain officer engagements. Marc is also active in the firm’s Executive Leadership Assessment & Development practice, focusing on succession planning and leadership development. He has deep experience in both executive recruitment and research leadership, having previously served as the Head of US Research at Egon Zehnder.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Marc was a research manager at Korn/Ferry International, where he provided client execution and research leadership to industrial and services companies across functions.
He holds a BA in media arts from the University of Arizona.
