Combining business experience, talent-advisory expertise and coaching skills, Martin support leaders and their teams through critical transitions by unleashing their full potential and facilitating professional growth. Having led Egon Zehnder’s Technology & Communications Practice in Europe for almost a decade he also has a natural passion for serving global tech enterprises and growth companies as well as Scandinavian companies. His true devotion is bringing more humanity into leadership.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Martin was Product and Marketing Manager with Johnson & Johnson, based in Stockholm. Previously, he was a Consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton and Netdecsions. Martin began his career as a Project Manager for Jebsen & Jessen, based in Singapore.
Martin has a BSc in business administration and commercial law from Copenhagen Business School and an MBA from IESE in Barcelona, Spain. He bikes to the office year-round and is passionate about travel to remote places.
