Based in Dallas, Maggie Steenland is active in Egon Zehnder’s Services Practice. Leveraging extensive experience in the fields of travel and transportation, media, and technology, she enjoys helping organizations navigate transitions and periods of change, mainly by working closely with them to find the right individuals for key management roles.

My years working in the corporate world taught me that having talented people on the management team, from the CEO on down, is paramount for thriving and prospering. I love helping clients find them.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Maggie was responsible for business value services at Salesforce in Dallas supporting travel, transportation, and hospitality clients. That was preceded by three years at American Airlines, as a Senior Analyst specialized in FP&A and corporate development. Maggie launched her career in NBCUniversal’s Page Program in New York, subsequently holding multiple roles including Manager and Senior Publicist at NBC News Communications.

Maggie earned a BA from Georgetown University and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Outside work, she enjoys traveling, exercising, and exploring new restaurants.
