When Egon Zehnder's Helsinki office opened in 1987, the forestry and engineering industries accounted for the majority of our work. Over the years, the office has grown to cover all sectors of the Finnish economy, such as technology, digital and IT, process industries, machinery, energy and clean tech, consumer products, and financial services. 

Located just across from the Esplanade, the nearly 200-year-old park at the city's center, the office boasts six consultants and an administrative staff of seven. As the local market leader, we are trusted advisors for a variety of publicly traded companies, government-owned entities, private equity firms, and family businesses. Our deep-rooted relations in the area are reflected in high ratio of returning clients as well as our strong reputation among leaders.
