Before joining Egon Zehnder, Juho was a Director at the LocalTapiola Finance Group with responsibility for major corporate clients and brokers, a role in which he achieved considerable success. That was preceded by several years at Varma Pension Insurance Company in roles ranging from Account Manager to Director for Major and Corporate Clients. Juho began his career as a Marketing Director at a destination management company in Northern Finland.
Juho received an MMSc in management and organizational culture at the National Defense University of Finland in Helsinki and completed the executive program of the London Business School. He and his wife, who is an entrepreneur in her own right leading a 50-year-old family-owned ceramics company, have two young daughters. In his spare time, Juho enjoys skiing, golfing and otherwise spending time outdoors, and reading about business.
