Based in Houston, Elias Margonis is active across Egon Zehnder’s Industrial, Supply Chain and Operations, Digital, and Internet of Things practices. He is a trusted advisor to clients, focusing on helping them build stronger leadership teams and achieve their goals. Elias enjoys delving deeply into their challenges and helping them align talented individuals with their ambitions and strategy.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Elias ran Norco Inc. in Boise, Idaho as its President while reporting to the CEO and Chairman. Before that he was with Air Liquide, based in Copenhagen as the Managing Director for the Nordic countries. Earlier, Elias acquired many years of experience at that company’s operations in Houston and Philadelphia, assuming steadily greater responsibility for engineering, commercial, supply chain, IT, special projects, and regional profit and loss assessments.
Elias earned a BS in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology before undergoing executive training in Air Liquide’s dedicated programs at the London Business School and the China Europe International Business School. When not working he enjoys cooking, discovering new wines, traveling, and spending time outdoors with his wife and two children.
