Based in London, Çağla Bekbőlet is a member of Egon Zehnder’s Board Consulting and Consumer Practices. A former head of the Firm’s Global Financial Officers Practice, Cagla remains a trusted advisor to many Boards around the world. She advises companies in a variety of sectors on their senior most talent challenges, ranging from discovering and developing leaders to governance. Until recently, Çağla was the Managing Partner of Egon Zehnder’s London office and still serves on the Firm’s Global Executive Committee.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Çağla was an Engagement Manager with Monitor advising clients in the U.S. and Europe on corporate strategy and transactions. She began her career in equity research, covering the Turkish market at FinansBank in Turkey and then joining the emerging markets team at BT Alex Brown in London. That is where Çağla developed a keen interest in people and great leadership. She has always had a passion for travel and new experiences. While being proud of her Turkish heritage, Cagla has therefore enjoyed being able to work across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia throughout her career.
Çağla earned an MsC in finance from the London Business School and a BA in business from Boğaziçi University in Istanbul.
