Based in London, Fiona Packman leads Egon Zehnder’s Professional Services Practice there. She previously led the firm’s Sydney office and helmed the Technology and Communications Practice in London as well as the global Systems, Services and Software Practice. Fiona’s deep experience in technology and telecommunications, professional services, and CIO executive search make her a trusted advisor to boards and senior leaders, and she frequently works with chairs to refresh boards and manage CEO succession. She is active across Egon Zehnder’s Board Consulting, CEO Succession, Technology and Communications, Chief Information Officer, and Professional Services practices.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Fiona served as Strategy Director, CIO, and Head of the Network Management Division at GEC Marconi, a telecom equipment provider. She began her career as a strategy consultant with Monitor Company in London.
Fiona earned a MEng degree from Cambridge University and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. Outside of work, she is passionate about traveling with her husband and three growing daughters and also enjoys running, swimming, and cycling.
