Natalie Dewhirst leads Egon Zehnder’s UK Sustainability practice, with an additional focus on topics at the nexus between industry and technology – including energy transition, supply chain and circularity, food systems and nature. She advises organizations on leadership, development, transformation and culture – at both the Executive and Board level.

It is a great privilege to work with leaders who have the ability to drive meaningful change. I love getting to understand what shapes people and how their environment can best enable success, to help unlock their full potential.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Natalie worked as a strategy consultant, most recently for the Boston Consulting Group, where she supported public and private sector clients on a range of topics: from strategy and transformation to sustainability issues such as Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI), food waste reduction, environmental policy and crisis response. During her career, Natalie has worked in Europe, Australia and the Middle East.

Natalie has an MSt in Social Innovation from the University of Cambridge – which explored practical strategies to drive social change to tackle pressing global challenges – and a BSc in Physics from the University of Bristol. Outside of work Natalie sings in a choir, listens to countless podcasts and spends time with her husband and young son.
