Based in Mumbai, Nikhil Ramesh works with clients in the consumer products and industrial goods sectors, helping them solve critical leadership challenges. In addition to leading executive search, Nikhil consults on organizational design and leads assessment, development, and coaching for leaders at the highest levels.

Every organization is teeming with talented and motivated people who look to leadership to chart the course. I am passionate about helping organizations attract and develop outstanding leaders who create significant impact.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Nikhil spent more than a decade at Procter & Gamble, where he was a Marketing Manager in Southeast Asia, India, and the Middle East. He has extensive general management, brand management, and leadership experience from working with diverse organizations and blue-chip businesses.

Nikhil has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a bachelor’s in engineering from the University of Madras. He is passionate about history and loves traveling to new countries to learn about their people, history, and culture.
