Andrea Kilpatrick is a leader in Egon Zehnder’s Leadership Advisory Services Practice Group where she counsels clients on their most critical leadership challenges at the individual, team and organizational levels. She works with founder-led and PE-backed companies as well as large multinational clients on Board and team effectiveness, senior executive assessment and development and organizational development. In addition to advisory work, Andrea leads Board and CEO succession and other senior executive searches in the Media, Entertainment & Sports Practice and serves as a core member of the Legal, Regulatory & Compliance Practice.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Andrea spent eight years as a consultant with McKinsey & Company serving companies in the U.S. and abroad across multiple sectors with a focus on strategy, business-building and organizational effectiveness. Andrea was also a leader in the firm’s Nonprofit Practice working on foundation and NGO projects. Later in her career, Andrea built and ran a multi-state educational nonprofit organization in the U.S.
Andrea has a J.D. from Harvard Law School, an MSc in Educational Studies from Oxford University, and a B.A. in English and African American Studies from Princeton University.
