His experience encompasses a diverse range of verticals, including enterprise software, gaming, fintech, health tech, deep tech, frontier tech, climate tech, and marketplaces.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Billy worked at a boutique executive search firm, where he built leadership teams for growth companies across Europe. As a consultant director, he expanded their B2B Technology practice beyond the U.S., including establishing a London office. He is recognized for his thoughtful approach to developing strong relationships and helping leaders achieve their full potential.
Billy holds a degree in Finance from the University of Scranton and is a former college basketball player. He is passionate about traveling, cooking, and exploring new restaurants with his wife.
