Janice Pai is a core member of Egon Zehnder’s Technology, Healthcare, and Supply Chain Practices and is based in New York. She advises clients on broad-ranging organizational excellence, including talent acquisition and retention, leadership assessment and development, diversity, equity and inclusion, organizational design and succession planning. She is passionate around the intersection of Healthcare and Technology, utilizing connectivity and data to enhance access to care and improve outcomes.​

I am excited about developing and enabling leaders and organizations to operate at their fullest potential. The innovation required as industries evolve and leadership needs change energizes me.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Janice led Global Client Services for Validant, a leading provider of technical solutions to the Healthcare industry. Previously, she was an Associate Partner at McKinsey leading programs across operations, performance transformation, new product launch, supply chain, and organization design. Janice additionally helped develop McKinsey’s internal capabilities in Operations and Capability Building.

Janice earned a BS in Biomechanical Engineering and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
