Kristin Raabe serves a wide client base in the Nordics and internationally with leadership in technology and telecom as well as the global energy transition at the heart of what she does. However, Kristin thrives in working across sectors and organizations, and brings deep expertise in CEO successions, Board services, executive search and leadership development and advisory.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Kristin was a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group in Oslo for 11 years, working across several sectors, supporting clients on strategy development, organizational development, as well as transformation and cost-optimization projects. Following her career in BCG, Kristin spent seven years in DNV, an independent expert in assurance and risk management, in a variety of roles, lastly as Section Head in the Renewable Energy Division.
Kristin has a BA in business administration with a major in finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
