Logan McDougal leads Egon Zehnder’s San Francisco and Palo Alto Offices, where he is a trusted advisor to executives, clients, and boards. Logan is also active across Egon Zehnder’s Consumer and Technology Practice Groups and helps lead the AgroFood, Marketing and Sales, and Alcohol Beverage segments. He has extensive operating expertise across industries in both search and advisory services.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Logan was Chief of Staff for Google’s Workspace, where he was responsible for product operations and customer strategy, as well as Director of Global Operations & Training for the global Ads business. Logan previously served as a senior executive at Mars Wrigley in the United States and Eastern Europe across general management, sales, and operations/ supply chain roles. He started his career with deep services experience at both strategic consultancy Marakon Associates and investment banking firm NM Rothschild.
Logan holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and a BA from Williams College. Outside of work, Logan enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and cooking, wine, cycling, skiing and is a voracious reader.
