Nathalie Giordani, based in São Paulo, leads the Leadership Advisory hub in Brazil. She advises clients on topics related to executive assessment, executive coaching, team development and cultural transformation across all industries.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Nathalie was a leadership coach for individuals and organizations in transformational and developmental processes. Previously, she worked as a Senior Legal Manager at BRF, having acted strongly in crisis management operations. She has also worked as a Senior Lawyer at law firm Mattos Filho and General Manager at her family business.
Nathalie is a Master Integral Coach® from the Integral Coaching Institute of Canada and graduated in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. She studied Fundamentals of Junguian Psychology at the Brazilian Society of Analytical Psychology, in addition to having immersed herself in mindfulness programs. She is certified in the psychometric tools 16PF® and Hogan Assessment System. A proud mother of two, she is passionate about traveling with her family and practicing sports, particularly soccer, tennis and running.
