Chris leads Egon Zehnder’s Global Mining & Metals Practice. He advises leading companies from the mining, resources, and engineering sectors on board and CEO succession, board effectiveness, and leadership development. Chris possesses deep expertise in executive, general management, and finance function recruitment across North America. He leverages his extensive consulting experience to help clients navigate changing demands, expectations, and disruptions to achieve lastingly positive outcomes.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Chris was President of Global Consulting for Ausenco, a resources and industrials-focused engineering and construction firm. Prior to that, he led Asia for Advisian, the advisory arm of the global engineering firm, Worley. Earlier, Chris was an Associate Principal and McKinsey & Co., where he was a core member of the firm’s infrastructure and corporate finance practices.
Chris holds an MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, an MA in International Studies also from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Mandarin from Georgetown University. When not working he spends as much time as possible with his family. He is also an avid CrossFit athlete, snowboarder, and mountain-biker and enjoys cooking and eating good food in the company of friends and family.
