Based in Stockholm, he serves clients across the services sector with specializations in transport and logistics as well as consulting, engineering, and other business services. Johan is also a trusted advisor to industrial clients, focusing on senior executive search, management and leadership team appraisals, leadership development, and coaching.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Johan was EVP for Operations and Deputy CEO at Green Cargo AB, where he previously served as EVP for Business Development with responsibility for all subsidiaries. Earlier, Johan was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company and worked in business development at ASG AB (now DHL).
Johan earned a master’s in industrial management and engineering from the Chalmers Institute of Technology. He and his wife have two daughters and a poodle, and he enjoys playing music and skiing, running, cycling, and weightlifting.
