Miranda Callaghan, based in Toronto, works with clients in executive search, executive assessment and leadership development. She leverages her experience as an advisor to collaborate with clients across industries to solve their most pressing talent problems.
Before joining Egon Zehnder, Miranda worked at Bain & Company as a Senior Manager. In that role, she advised clients in financial services, healthcare and industrials on a variety of strategic topics. Prior to Bain, Miranda was an associate in the corporate group at Torys LLP, where she worked with Canadian and U.S. clients in public and private M&A transactions.
Miranda earned a BA in Government from Cornell University, where she played on the varsity women’s ice hockey team, and a JD from Dalhousie University. Outside of work, Miranda spends most of her time attempting to pass on her love of sports and the outdoors to her young daughter and twin boys.
