With over 17 years of experience across mining, metals, chemicals, oil and gas, construction, and manufacturing, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in operations, supply chain, and end-to-end transformation for iconic companies in the industrial sector. He focuses on board advisory services, CEO succession, leadership development and talent management. By leveraging his deep experiences, he builds strong, authentic relationships with clients, guided by a principle-based approach to support transformation.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Roberto spent 14 years at McKinsey, where he excelled in roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, he was a Partner, serving as one of the leaders at McKinsey’s industrial and transformation practices.
Roberto holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from CETYS University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Outside of work, he enjoys playing soccer, cycling, snowboarding, running, and reading.
