Judith advises clients in Austria and Europe on filling executive management and supervisory board positions, development of individuals and teams and the transformation of organizations. Her focus lies on the technology and industrial sector, as well as executive search for commercial and technical positions and their interfaces.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Judith held various management positions in the context of digitalization at A1 Telekom, Red Bull and Styria Media. She dealt with transformation in industry, e-commerce and the media sector.
Judith earned a master’s degree in International Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the University of Alberta, with a minor in philosophy at the University of Vienna. When not working she enjoys playing tennis, running, and skiing, reading fiction and spending time with her husband and their two sons.
Judith berät Unternehmen in Österreich und Europa in Personalfragen rund um Besetzungen von Vorstands- und Aufsichtsratspositionen, Weiterentwicklung von Individuen und Teams sowie Transformation von Organisationen. Zu ihren Schwerpunkten zählen die Technologiebranche und Industrie sowie die Besetzung von übergreifenden kommerziellen und technischen Positionen und deren Schnittstellen.
Bevor Judith zu Egon Zehnder kam, war sie in unterschiedlichen Management Positionen im Digitalisierungskontext bei der A1 Telekom, Red Bull sowie der Styria Media tätig. Sie beschäftigte sich mit Transformation in der Industrie, im E-Commerce sowie in der Medienbranche.
Judith studierte Internationale Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien und der University of Alberta mit dem Nebenfach Philosophie an der Universität Wien. Neben der Arbeit bei Egon Zehnder spielt sie gerne Tennis, joggt und fährt Ski, liest Belletristik und verbringt Zeit mit ihrem Mann und ihren beiden Söhnen.
